His actions must cease! 3/8/24 Update The Kittanning Police Department is gathering updated witness statements at the request of the Armstrong County District Attorney's office. The statements will then be turned over to the D.A.'s office for review. It would seem Cloak is a shockingly dispicable person not just in this case but in many situations. It's not against the law to be a ***** but it is obviously against the law when a ***** lies to the police. Cloak knows this. He apparently just thinks he is above the law and there will be no consequences. Often people like this do not change their behavior unless they learn the lesson of accountability!!! Our society is becoming more and more lawless every day. This needs to stop! No matter where you live you are being called upon to stand up for what is right! Don't delay! Please take a moment to contact the Armstrong County DA to request that Cloak be charged with knowingly filing a false police report. And share this with everyone you know.
